Making through holes/pads which are connected to the copper filled plane

I am trying to make through holes which connect the top and bottom copper planes (fences for high frequency signals to travel along tracks and to connect to ground plane). Is there a setting I can use for a pad or a via to make it connected to the copper plane it sits on? Thank you!

If you assign the same net name attribute to the pads and to the copper area then they will connect. If you are just making fence posts and don't need to solder to the pads then set the copper area connection type to solid (i.e. no spokes). Be sure to read (2), (4), (5) and (6) in: [https://easyeda\.com/andyfierman/Welcome\_to\_EasyEDA\-31e1288f882e49e582699b8eb7fe9b1f](https://easyeda.com/andyfierman/Welcome_to_EasyEDA-31e1288f882e49e582699b8eb7fe9b1f) and create and save a dedicated pcb footprint for a fence post simply using a single pad. Then place single pin connectors in the schematic connected to ground to represent the ground pads and assign to them the name you have to your fence post pad. That way all the fence posts will be pulled into the PCB when you click on Convert to PCB in the schematic editor.
