Metric grid and snap are not centered at zero

**BUG** Concise problem statement: On PCB, when using mm measurements, the grid and snap are not aligned to 0,0 Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Open a new PCB editor. It will come up in English units (in or mils) 2. Switch units to mm 3. Grid does not align with 0.0,0.0 3. Results: Expected results: Browser:

Thanks for the quick reply. The last time I tried it - since I sent the report, it worked. So it is apparently harder to reproduce than I thought. If I see it again, I'll grab more info. This was on Chrome on OS X Yosemite - Version 44.0.2403.130 (64-bit).

Okay, it happened again. I opened a new PCB Library window and it came up in English units. I changed to mm and it was okay, but the grid sizes were not what I wanted - 2.54mm I changed the grid size and snap size to 2mm and the grid is wrong - see attached picture. Yes, that is the correct Chrome information. I tried it in Firefox and I see the same result - the mm grid is not centered at 0,0.
