Mirror a single component to mount on bottom

Hello, I want to mirror a through-hole component (Adafruit Feather 32u4 Basic) so that I can mount it to the bottom of the board. I don't see a way to mirror as "Flip Horizontal" is always greyed out in the Flip and Rotate menu option. Am I missing something or is there another way to achieve the same effect? Thank you, -Steve

Please see the Tutorial: [https://docs.easyeda.com/en/Introduction/Shortcut-Keys/index.html](https://docs.easyeda.com/en/Introduction/Shortcut-Keys/index.html) > PCB > T and B: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/GqOrvUz6L8I4faawYB97GwS2TwZTo8BIACHxrYA7.png) and: ![image.png](//image.easyeda.com/pullimage/ZcEkH2KTRUu6M5psxAx8Lx7c91rWFwQoPNKj2gWk.png)

@andyfierman I have a reverse problem. I'm laying out my very first PCB (with EasyEDA) and I noticed two components' footprint are in green color. After fiddling with them for a few minutes, I realized that their footprint was flipped accidentally. I tried all of your instruction but the two components stubbornly stayed at the bottom layer, I could not bring them back to top layer. Every time I press T or change the attribute of the component, a message pops up saying: "This layer is invisible" but the component footprint stays the same (a mirror image.) In my case, a TO-92 transistor and an axial resistor, the board is single layer, would not make any different, but I still want to know if this is a bug? (once you flip the component to the other side of the board, you can't bring it back?). I have unrouted the board, but that did not help.

Hi! Also make sure that top layer and bottom layer are visible (eye button). If you don't have the layer visible, then that error message pops up. I fixed the EasyEDias project that way. So, thanks for an invite to that project. That was a fast and easy fix. Regards, Markus Virtanen HW / Electronics Designer

markus_jidoka found that I have turned off the top layer (I only need single layer board). However, I have to make to top layer visible again to move the components back to the top layer. Problem solved. Thank you Markus.
