Missing Tutorial Pictures

Why are the pictures missing from the tutorial pages?  The tutorial pages have text, but between the text where presumably images should appear, only the text "Picture 132, Picture 133" etc. appears. I've tried two different browsers.

Nevertheless, many have just "Picture (plus a number)".

SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length._ _Error code: SSL\_ERROR\_RX\_RECORD\_TOO\_LONG_ _    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified._ _    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem._ With the three examples I gave in my earlier posting, using Firefox, if I try several times to load the pages, about 50% of the time the pages load with images and 50% of the time the pages load without images. With the Chrome browser, I can't get the images to load at all.

@DonpK, Works OK for me now. Have you tried clearing your "Cached Images and Files" in the browser?

I tried clearing the image and file cache. Tutorial image loading is still intermittent. Hard to believe I'm the only one with the problem and it happens on two different computers. Still, at least I know that some of the images are viewable if I keep trying. When I right-click on one of the "Picture nnn" lines, such as this image link: [https://image.lceda.cn/images/Design-Manager-20200816014543.png](https://image.lceda.cn/images/Design-Manager-20200816014543.png)   and select "Open image in new tab", the new tab shows this error message: _Secure Connection Failed_ _An error occurred during a connection to image.lceda.cn. SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length._ _Error code: SSL\_ERROR\_RX\_RECORD\_TOO\_LONG_ _    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified._ _    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem._ _Learn more…_

@DonpK, All your example links work fine for me in Chrome and Firefox in W10. I haven't tried it in Chromium or Firefox on Linux.

It would seem the problem is at my end, since you would have heard about it from others if it wasn't just me. Thanks for trying to help. I've had great results using the other parts of EasyEDA.

Are you behind a firewall?
Reply

@andyfierman I have the default Windows 10 firewall. Are all of these images stored on the same server or perhaps they are duplicated on multiple servers at various locations? Perhaps I'm trying to view the images on a different server from you. Just a thought; it's not an area I know anything about. When I google the error I'm getting when I try to load the picture links into a browser is: "_SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length._"  The answers talk about possible server problems.

@[andyfierman](https://easyeda.com/andyfierman), @UserSupport That looks better. Most of the pages load with images. Occasionally, I need to load a page a second time before I see the images, but that's not a problem. Thanks for your help and for a great product.
