polygon pad doesn't support Arc type at Edit Points

@UserSupport, The problem is that polygon pad used to support Arc type when editing points. Ah okay, now that you mention it I remember. So it's not a bug. To create custom pad (including round/arc point) I need to create it using solid region -> edit point (arc available) -> convert it into pad.  I'll change the post topic to feature request then. It would be nice to have arc edit on polygon pad (or new shape option) to create rounded square pad. I've read somewhere that rounded square pad is better in term of solder filling at reflow and stencil aperture.
