I can add some more info.
Today I discovered that some of the net classes I made with only one net had come back although I deleted them.
Then I tried to delete them again, but when I went into the "Design Rule" they had not disappeared - they came back.
So support now is the time where you get into this case, please.
Just now I discovered the Delete menu, could this be the way to get rid of Net Classes, I hope so

I also have problem with "Rebuild copper" function. It is not acting according to the design rules made in the project.
