**BUG** Concise problem statement: Missing part of the image for the first use tip when first opening the Schematic Lib or Spice Symbol editor. There's a little broken image icon where the missing part of the tip should be. Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Start Sandbox EE for the first time after first install or update. 2.
