I want to place a component DC639 but my library does not have the user contributed tab. I am running 64 bit windows desktop edition in team work run mode. I have registered. I have also tried running it from firefox online with same result. Can anyone tell me what is the problem and how to fix it?. I've spent a day looking and search to no avail, so frustrating.
