Nevermind I found out how. In the search engine it shows the footprint name too. Search for that name and you can place the PCB footprint into your pcb lib and save it.

Search for that name and you can place the PCB footprint into your pcb lib and save it.` * That places the footprint into a PCB design. * If you want to edit an existing footprint then instead of clicking on `Place` you click on `Edit` then it will open the footprint in the PCB Libs editor. Make whatever changes you need (don't forget to give it a new name in the right hand properties panel) then save it under a new name. This will add your part to `My Parts` in the left hand navigation panel. These parts are automatically added to the public library. Please document it carefully (add urls to device pages, datasheets, suppliers etc. in the Description) and then right click on `Contribute to EasyEDA` for checking. Hint: high quality, well documented contributions can count towards earning extra private projects. ;)
