My PCB has a curved edge design (laid out within a rectangle), so I would like to be able to include slots or mousebites to perforate the edges. That way I can cut or snap my curved PCB out of the rectangle once it is manufactured. I'm not expecting a smooth curved edge. Just holes or slots that I can cut/snap so my PCB is closer to the shape I need.
What is the best way to achieve this? I've seen multiple forum posts, but different recommendations.
Should I use lots of holes (it would 100s), or should I use Solid Areas set to NPTH to outline the slots?
Thank you for your help.
