if you change a pad to multi-layer of the footprint, and it can be moved alone, this bug is a known bug. the photo view issue I will check it thanks

In old version saving record, component multilayer pad are can not be move around, but now if I change pad to multilayer, it can be move around. if I move the pad ,the moving action can not undo, it will clone a bug shadow. [https://youtu.be/u7_Al-4kaDU](https://youtu.be/u7_Al-4kaDU)
