I want to make an LM324 (with 4 sub parts), I have made one amp and saved it in "my parts", but when I right-click on it the "add sub part" is disabled. What am I missing? /Arne

There are two basic types of schematic symbol in EasyEDA and each has slightly different attributes. 1. Schematic symbols created using: >**Document > New > Schematic Lib** are for non-simulation schematics only. They allow the creation of multipart symbols. 2. Schematic symbols created using: >**Document > New > Spice Symbol** or by double clicking on any symbol in the **EasyEDA Libs** and then editing and saving it to **My Parts** are for simulation schematics (although they can be used in non-simulation schematics). They do **not** allow the creation of multipart symbols. This is because these symbols are designed to have spice models associated with them and most spice models are for individual parts of a mulitpart component such as the individual opamps in a quad opamp or the separate diodes in a dual diode package. * However, for a nice way to map individual spice symbols - each with their own spice model but forming parts of a multipart package - onto a multipart package PCB footprint, please see this thread: >https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/Dual_op_amp_spice_simulation-9HBvN4Ygy
