**BUG**
Concise problem statement:
Bug report created in response to:

Multipart components cannot be placed numbered as - for example a quad logic gate package - U1.1, U1.2, U1.3, U1.4.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Place a single logic gate. Set Prefix to U1.1;
2. Place a second single logic gate. Set Prefix to U1.2.
Results:
Second gate that should be U1.2 is numbered as U2.1 and a warning comes up that **U1 already exist**
Expected results:
Second gate should be numbered as U1.2.
* Note that this used to work OK.
