Multiple holes in one pad

Hello, How I can do pad with multiple holes (to solder exposed pad and for better heat dissipation)? For now, I just simply change layer of exposed pad in IC to all, and placed multiple pad with holes. Both have set net to GND. Sorry if the question was asked before.
