I am working on creating a subpart in the schamtic for a dual op-amp. I have checked all documentation and have found that the correct method would be to go to  **Libraries > SCH Libs > Personal > Created** section  I have done this repeately and refreshed and no parts are populating. On the contrary, my BOM is fully populated with the correct parts. How do I fix this? Or, is this a bug?
