You may have read it but you have not understood what it says. "im sure its a simple answer" Please help us to help you. There are many things that may cause the problem that you describe but it is unfair of you to expect people to give up their time to go through all the possible causes when you have provided no information about your project from which to offer any suggestions other than guesswork. No screenshots; No link to a public project.

Have you searched the forum or the FAQ for similar topics? Have you done everything in the essential checklist (4) in (2) in the link above?

@andyfierman sorry ive checked both the design manager and the footprint manager no errors everything looks good the schematic is a simple arduino sheild 

I did notice one thing in the design manager it says o/0 nets i have a bunch of wires how do i make those wires nets:??

Refresh the Design Manager and post pictures of it. Nets and DRC including any warning messages at the bottom of the panel. Maybe you drew lines instead of wires (though that's unlikely since you have join dots...) or you have used symbols with the pin connect dots inside out? Can you not make the project public? Then it's easy to spot the problem doing it via screenshots and 20 Questions is much longer process.

i couldnt getn it to share sorry it says no operation authority but some how messing around with the share refreshed the nets even though i already pressed refresh and now it ssays 11/20 nets and i can convert to pcb now thank you for helping me and i learned a few things along the way
