Check that you don't have a short section of track already there, hiding under the pad.

Will that cause it?  I am using local auto router, and even if i move the trace, the router puts it back. i will examine it closer.  Thanks

No, I have nothing in the way of the traces, and they are short, from a pad to a transformer leg, where it puts one side of the trace inside the hole of the transformer, generating a DRC error, it did that on two leads, two DRC errors. I delete the traces, then autoroute, and it puts them back. I move the traces so they just touch the pads, and the autorouter pouts them back.  Any other ideas about how to fix it?  I seam to recall that existing the program and coming back in has cleared some issues, but i don't know about this.
