N-MOS simulation problem

Hello, I have a problem with a simple simulation: I try to load a capacitor and activate a N-MOS when the necessary voltage is reached. But when I simulate this, the high value of the voltage on C is around 1V instead of 5V. Maybe it is like a NPN transistor. But I put a MOS, not a bipolar transistor. do you know what is the problem ? Notice : If I remove the MOS, the capacitor is charged up to 5V. ![schematic][1] [1]: https://easyeda.com/normal/New_Schematic-19973a48a2b14554a1888e1f97492770

Sorry, there was a problem with the schematic sharing. The pictre is not good. This is the schematic link : [schematic][1] [1]: https://easyeda.com/editor#id=19973a48a2b14554a1888e1f97492770

Hi Stymop, Welcome to EasyEDA. The problem is that you have chosen a transistor that has no spice model associated with it. Spice simulation is strict about what you call a device too. You have placed a symbol for a MOSFET which has a Spice prefix of `Q` (select the symbol and press `I` to see this) whereas Spice expects a prefix of `M` for a MOSFET .model defined model or `X` for a .subckt defined model. To help you on your way, please see: https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/How_to_find_simulatable_parts_in_EasyEDA-1YgasK2kC

There is now an IRF3205PBF spice symbol with model attached in: `SHIFT+F > System Components > Spice Discrete`

Thank you for your support. It is correct with this component.
