Currently it seems random\, for example with some nets labelled U4\_1\, others R34\_2\, etc\. Would it be possible to have a renumber selection in the menu where all nets are renamed ? If there is an IC on the net then that pin is used. If there are two or more ICs on the net then the IC pin nearest the top left of the schematic is used. If no IC is on the net then in order J, H, L, C and finally R are used. Obviously the renaming would be transferred to the PCB layout without causing any components to be moved to the bottom right.
