It is very unconvinient to manage order on email. Email box has a lot of letters like waste. It is logical to make business in personal account via web site, where I can write question in the order page like aliexress and alibaba do. As a result It seems as very unfinished tool chain. Much more useful do this chain instead new PCB editor version. Your editor is already nice enough to make engineering work comfortable.
