**BUG**
Concise problem statement:

When I check the **V-** net in the Design Manager, it shows me that **U3 pin 1** is connected to **V-** (the GND net).
This not what the schematic shows.
What the schematic shows is correct (i.e. it shows what I drew and what I intend) and what the Design Manager says is wrong.
So there must be something getting corrupted.
Can you spot the error?
