**BUG**
Concise problem statement: in PCB, hiding net names (Q) works, showing them again does work.
Steps to reproduce bug:
1. Open a PCB which has nets.
2. Press Q (the net names disappear)
3. Press Q again
Results: nothing happens (only reloading the page allows the net names to come back)
Expected results: the net names should come back
Browser: Chrome 54.
