Netport doesn't export any connections to PCB (for me)

My circuit is too complicated (with QFN flat packages) to do point-to-point wiring, I need Net Port working! The explanation at https://easyeda.com/Doc/Tutorial/Schematic.htm#Net-Port seems simple enough. It doesn't work for me... I've tried multiple browsers in both Linux & Windows. When I "convert project to PCB" and move the QFNs around, there are some rats nets (I think just VCC and GND), but 75% of the pins do not seem to be connected. There must be some tricks or some gotchas ... Is there a character length limit or character exclusions to the naming? I see only capital alphanumeric, dash "-" and slash "/" used in the example, so besides capital alphanumeric I'm using some dashes. Is there a **limit to the number of NetPorts**? I'm using 8 * 64pin QFN plus other components, so I'm using hundreds of Netports, in fact there is very little other wiring. Thanks in advance for any help, I've been going nuts for a week and about to give up....

For valid netnaming please see: https://easyeda.com/forum/topic/Net_and_Part_naming_conventions-uOHBvN5nh To connect nets you can simply apply net labels. You can use the Bus Entry and Bus schematic symbols to tidy up the representation of bus connectivity but in fact it is the net labels that actually do the connections. Net flags and net ports do the same job as net labels.
