I have a copy of the subckt for this device (SFH229) and will add a copy of your spice symbol - with this model associated with it - to the libraries.

The SFH229_EE symbol and associated model of the same name is now in the library. This symbol has the _EE suffix because your symbol uses a ground referenced single voltage input so I have modified the original Osram model to accept this type of input. I wanted, however, to keep the possibility of adding an SFH229 symbol using the unmodified Osram model from their library which has a 2 pin input for light irradiance. When you are satisfied that the SFH229_EE symbol and model suits your application, you could delete your the SFH229 symbol as it will then be redundant. Thanks.
