There is a bug in how new messages are displayed in the User Center. New messages are not being moved to the top of the list. If I click "All" then it does not show me any Unread messages if they are below the cutoff of the "More" button. So I only see new messages when I click on "Unread". The new message is shown when I click the "More" button but if you look at the message date (1 Feb 2021) it is stuck between two messages from 2020. So new messages are not being moved to the top of the messages list:
