Newbee Question regarding Signal Generator

Hey All, Total newbee, I'm playing with building a simple RC audio filter. How do I set the signal generator to sweep from one fhz to another? I have tried using the syntax 1-5k, but when I look at the output on the scope, I get a diagonal line rather than the curve expected? What am I doing wrong please? With thanks

As a newbie, you should first read the Simulation Tutorial: [https://docs.easyeda.com/en/Simulation/Headings/index.html](https://docs.easyeda.com/en/Simulation/Headings/index.html) You cannot use the Signal Generator the way you are trying to. The Signal Generator and other EasyEDA simulated instruments are only for use in Time Domain simulations, i.e. simulations configured to run a Transient Analysis. You need to set up what's called an AC Analysis. This is explained in the Simulation Tutorial.
