There is no "Search" box in the upper right of the page when viewing on a Smartphone or other mobile devices.
On desk/laptop devices the Search box is visible:
on Smartphones etc. it is not there.

The search box on smartphones has disappeared since the new GUI was introduced.
Maybe not but I do a lot of forum work on it which needs the search tool for cross referencing.

I use the Tutorials a lot when answering questions on the Forum.
I also answer many questions when on the go, using a smartphone.
With no ability to Search and no link to the Tutorials, it makes it very hard to answer user's questions from a smartphone so they have to wait until I have access to a desktop machine or a laptop.
Brand new interactions and interfaces. 
Easy to use and quick to get started.
