I do not know if this is the problem but there are three different ways to obtain the license. Each seems to produce a slightly different format of file. Try each one: 1) The "Copy" button:  and your license will be formatted in one way. 2) Try selecting, copying and pasting the text directly from the license text box. This will come out with a different formatting. 3) Try Downloading and using the downloaded file.
