No 'MyParts' in Navigation Menu

Hello My navigation menu does not contain a 'My Parts' menu item. In fact ist contains only 'My Projects', 'Sharde With Me' and 'EasyEDA Libs'. I know that. But this Dialog does not provide the same functionality e.g. now way to add Sub parts.
