You can set this at right panel , You can trust EASYEDA pro can hold the  high-density PCB .  EASYEDA team will open source a X86 mainboard with 7K pads.  and there are some users create thier PCB with more than 20K pads.   At begin of next year, EASYEDA pro will layout  100K pads PCB smoothly.    You need to spend some time to dig the function.
