Offline and Online Autorouter problem

Hi guys, Good evening, I had a problem with autorouter. when I use autorouter. It routes with ZERO vias. So, my PCB didn't get completed. I'm a newbie in this platform. May be I turned off the Vias (Or problem with server). If this is correct can anyone help mto getting rid of this. I think I have seen this problem before a few versions ago... Try replacing your board outline with a square of the same side length as the diameter of the circular outline. If the board routes OK, then: 1. save it, and then replace the square outline with your circular one again;  2. change the Category of this topic to Bug Report. <br> <br>

Thankyou very much @andyfierman. your idea works well. First I changed board outline circle to rectangle. Then use local autorouter, it uses a vias and complete the all tracks. Then again I change the boardoutline now it works well. But I have a one question, Why this problem happen?. Is any factor affect this, other than boardoutline ?. Once again thanks andyfierman
