I think personal chat is strongly needed for every order. So clients can ask information for their orders. For example now I have my first order. Due your site it is ready and in shipped status with tracking number. But link with tracking numberc goes to annother site with error. So I can't get information, how I have to look delivery status for my PCBs. Only to ask you for a correct tracking link.
