It would be great if we could import PADS (mentor graphics) files for various components. Many connector
manufacturers use Mentor Graphics PADS format for the Schematic symbol and PCB footprint.

I'm facing the same probleme here. My designer created the schematics in Pads and I wanted to import the file in your interface.
Anyone knows a way to recover the schematics from Pads to easyeda ?
Some kinda workaround while you actually implement the feature ?
Try getting a free trial of Altium.
Import the PADS files into that and then export the Altium files (including any libraries in the schematics) in ASCII format.
You can then import the ASCII files into EasyEDA.
