Hi Ken, If this is for an outline on a silk screen layer then select the appropriate silk screen layer and draw the outline using the wire tool (top left in the PCB tools palette). This will draw a continuous line and you close the outline by eye. Then you can edit the end X,Y points to the same as the start points. Alternatively, draw each part of the outline as a separate single line and then edit the start and end points of each line so that they join up to make the complete outline. This way, you can add in curved segments and so on.

The same process works for creating a complex PCB outline on the Board Outline layer.
