**Feature Request** Brief title for your desired feature: PCB布线泪滴功能 How would you like the feature to work? 为PCB走线和焊盘（过孔）连接处自动添加（或删除）泪滴型布线。（请参考AD10软件PCB泪滴功能） Why is this feature important to you? 为走线添加泪滴后可以增强导线连接，并使焊盘与走线平滑过渡。而且属于自动添加，所需工作量小。
