Your project is private so only you can see it.
It sounds like you mistook the thin blue ratlines for the traces.

BTW; the issue is not that you didn't run the Autorouter.
The issue is that you did not route any tracks. You do not have to rely on the Autorouter: you could have down them manually.
Thank you. I figured there was a way to do them manually as well after I found Auto Router, but same idea.
I mistook the ratlines for traces. Amateur hour for me.
