Any idea how to make my pcb design better?
My project is open, I try to improve the design.
It is the first time I design a PCB.
I try to connect a leo bodnar USB micro controller.
@mlazos,
If you would like people to review and offer advice on your PCB then you should not only make your project public: you should copy and paste the link to the project in your post.
This is the only link you need to post:

There are 3 PCBs in your project.
Which one are you asking about?
@mlazos,
"It is the first time I design a PCB.

Sorry but you have not given enough information about your project to be able to offer any sensible advice beyond just guessing.
Before expecting people to help you further, you need to read:

It is clear. I try to create a PCB where I can solder tactile buttons to recreate the ICP of the F-16 for computer simulators games.
It is a fancy joystick, you can see how the PCB is trying to match the layout of the ICP of the image.

No Design Requirements Specification.
No How It Works documentation.
No information of the interfaces your PCB is connecting to.
No Bill of Materials (BOM) to see what the switches are and what their switch structure is (SPST? SPDT? DPDT? Normally Open? Normally Closed?).
No Schematic.
No reference information about the original F16 ICP (Description, schematic. Even the image you originally posted of it has disappeared).
No clues as to what an "F16 ICP" actually is.
It might be clear to you because it's your project so it's all there in your head but although there are some very clever people on the EasyEDA forum, I have not yet found anyone here who is a mind reader.
Please carefully re-read:
