Hello Experts,
I had EasyEDA v6.3.xx (I do not remember exactly which one) installed in my Ubuntu 18.04 machine. I have used that version for months. I have been working for hours in a PCB layout for my latest design. Today, when I open EasyEDA, it has been automatically updated to v6.4.7 (I am still trying to understand how it happened, since the folder is read-only).
The most annoying thing is that now, if I update the PCB layout, all components are replaced by new components, their position is lost and I have to start the layout all over again. More than 6 hours of work wasted. Annoying, very annoying, I must say.
How can I fall back to the EasyEDA version I used for my PCB, so I can finish my design without having to start all over again? And how it has been automatically updated if my installation folder is read-only? Or what I have in my computer is just a launcher and the tool is loaded from the web?
Thanks in advance.
