It exports correctly, never had problems. I've made many PCB's at home and used the printouts as templates for case holes and stuff. Usually the problem is during printing, where the setup is. Make sure that you have the correct paper size and there is no scaling being done. Either use Actual size or Custom with 100% scale. Make sure you open the PDF before printing otherwise it does whatever it wants, too.
