BUG

Concise problem statement:
Circle doesn't have features to choose tracking on "TopLayer" or "ButtomLayer"
Steps to reproduce bug:

  1. Draw a circle

  2. Select it

Results:
Only silk layers and "Document" are presented in "Circle Properties"/"Layer"
Expected results:
Possibility to choose "TopLayer" and "ButtomLayer" to

If you need to create a circle on other layers, you can use the Arc tool.

Andy is right, we don't support circle at copper layer. please use arc , one arc or two arcs to for a circle.

Why.
Becase circle at copper layers, no good to DRC, but we will make this better soon
