**BUG** Concise problem statement: The Preview of the PCB seems to show an earlier version OR does not draw floods even after reloading. Steps to reproduce bug: 1. Open PCB file. 2. Note that PCB in main window has filled floods. 3. Note that Preview does not show floods. 4. Click **Reload** preview button. 5. Still no floods shown. Results: Main window shows floods. Preview does not. Expected results: Preview should look same as main window, just smaller.
