How to define a zone without silkscreen, without paint, with only the solder layer and the FR4 plate naked?

thanks, but I also don't whant paint on the PCB board where are no track.
You can see the clear (brown) color of the board. I whant this.
The mask zone il only for track, non ?
Where is exactly in the tutorail ?

The paint and silkscreen will be not printed during production ?

The silkscreen will be printed. you need to hidden the prefix. or move them out of the board outline
NPTH will be a hole. you need it as cutout.
1. you need to move the silk object out of the board outline. some silk objects need ungroup them delete them.
2. add a solid with sold mask
3. add a sold regin as cutout

From your image, your tracks are just solder mask tracks, they are not right.

My demo should be OK, but I am not sure your design is OK, because it seems your need to set the tracks to top layer, not solder mask, because you have add solid region for solder mask.
