Have you created the PCB (i) from a schematic or (ii) just created it directly from PCB footprints? If (i) then please see the EasyEDA tutorial: [Import Changes] but be aware that you must give modified packages different names from the originals otherwise EasyEDA will not see any difference because the old and updated package names are the same. If (ii), I think the only way is to delete the original packages and place the new ones. Dillon may correct me on this but I don't think there is an equivalent to the Import Changes function for a standalone PCB design.
