you can click the eye icon and pencil icon of the layers tool to switch the layer. that seems the vision issue.

@UserSupport Thanks for your answer. But problem is they are both are TopLayer, but right traces are not exposed while left ones are. And TopLayer is above TopSilkLayer

@alexchrist, The problem is that you have clicked on the "Create Solder Mask" button for the tracks between the two left hand connectors so they are no longer have a solder mask covering:   To fix it, just delete the solder mask segments on the two left hand tracks. However, you have clicked on the "Create Solder Mask" button for these tracks several time because you have to select and delete these solder mask elements several times before they are all removed. * You do not need to click on the "Create Solder Mask" button unless you specifically want to remove the solder mask over a selected segment of track.

@andyfierman Thank you very much. Probably easier is to just redraw them. By the way how did you see that there was many clicks?

They didn't disappear with a single deletion so with the benefits of many years playing with software, I just repeated the action a few times to see what happened. :)
