An Alternative is to generate, download and unzip the Gerber files then open them in gerbv. Form there you can print any layer including the Gerber\_Drill\_PTH\.DRL plated through hole drill file and Gerber\_Drill\_NPTH\.DRL non-plated through hole drill file. Depending on your printer driver options you can print this scaled 1:1 to a PDF. :)
