I've tried everything to get the exported pdf to the correct scale but the exporting by default in the easyeda software and online versions isn't set to the proper scale. Please look into it.
The layout EAD are usually scaled for clear view.
I usually expert the Gerber files and view them in other Gerber view software, e.g. ViewMate or GC-Prevue, or other online Gerber viewer. Then you can easily print them in 1:1 scale.
The Gerber files are PCB production files. So you need to check the Gerber files carefully. Don't just rely on layout EDA. They are not the same.
