It's possible to model this but there is not enough information about how the dc/pwm dimming part of the device functions internally so it would have to be done as a best guess.
Will You try it? For me, the dimming part is not so important, this function I will not use. I only switch it on or off. I will use the PT415 a littly bit ouside of the standard specs. At 12V supply voltage I will drive 85 mA.

When I get a few minutes, I'll add an MSOP8 packaged version and the higher current/voltage rated version, PT4115E.
