Pads with holes in them not shown clearly on all PCB layers.

If a pad has holes (e.g. to make thermal vias or to reduce trace inductance) in it then they must be shown clearly on all layers and all views in the PCB Editor. Yes, it is a known issue, we try to fix it, but it relates many details, we need more time.
