Hi! When you generate a Gerber file, there is no margin from PDF you are talking about.

I am facing same issue, when I export PDF so I get the same Margin/Paddings around the pcb. I am using EasyEDA 6.5.40 version

@kashifxpert, Why is this a problem?

Because, when I import the PDF in CorelDraw and if I place two PCBs side by side so one PCB's extra padding overlaps the other PCB, that is why I can't arrange two or more PCBs side by side properly. I actually, want to print 2x3 PCBs on single paper and very close to each other. let me know if that make sense?
