You project is private so only you can see it. It is not what the context of your question is.

From my experience, if you want the holes to be a different size you will need to draw the panel your self or add in extra mounting holes on the panel rails to account for them. If you draw your own panel, sometimes they will still put the small holes on the edge rail. I'm not sure why, but it hasn't been a problem with our equipment yet.
